As a psychologist specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy, I provide individual, couples, and family counseling to people of all ages.  My typical clients struggle with a wide variety of presenting problems ranging from:  mood disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder), relationship problems, stress, anger, eating disorders, addiction, loss/grief, trauma, chronic/fatal illness to child, adolescent, and parenting issues.

Taking a team approach, I believe in working together to develop and attain each person's goals. I work collaboratively with each client.  In almost 20 years of experience, I have learned from my clients that the therapeutic relationship is the key to success.  As an active-directive therapist, I will provide you with the tools you need to cope with your problems in a warm, supportive, and unconditionally accepting environment.
